I lived at this complex for 2 years. Management is responsive and neighbors are generally polite. Everyone tends to keep to themselves. The apartments are clean a little outdated though. The apartments are small, if you live on the second level it's tough to move large pieces of furniture through the low ceiling hallways. Thers isn't enough closet space and the rooms are small. Management will hike the rent on an annual basis. A huge negative is the Welcome Inn Motel that is next door, the police are there on a weekly basis. Also, the on site laundry facilities are horrible, I advise you to find the nearest laundromat. I would live here again, only if I was new to the Baltimore area, otherwise find someplace for a little more money but a lot more space.
