I have been living at Loch Bend Apartments and I regret signing the lease. The heating is included with the rent, and that's probably because there is none! They mislead you by providing you with a thermostat in the unit, yet it never works. The heat was on in July, yet off in December. I have complained twice and nothing has been done. Also, most of the units do not have bath tubs (only stand up showers). They model apartment is beautiful with a frost-free refridgerator and new stove, yet my unit contains out-of-date appliances. The laundry facility is also a joke. It is shared with the Welcome Inn Motel, and only contains 3 washers and 3 dryers. I once had my clothes stolen from the dryer. Do not let the kindness of management and the beauty of the model apartment fool you. Be wise and go somewhere else.
