The staff are nice and friendly and prompt on getting things done.

The apartments are very average. The floors are not insulated so you can hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING the neighbors do.

Unless you get one with a renovated kitchen which is more expensive, you will have kitchen cupboard doors that are very difficult to open due to sticking from so much paint.

Have a mouse and roach problem, which I am trying to get sorted out at the moment.
