Sure they can find time to write their review but try calling them and see how much time they have to address your concerns. They' re quick to collect your money every month but not so quick to fix any problems that arise. Maintenance is fast enough with supplying a bandaid fix for the small things. If you have major issues like heating, security, place falling apart, don' t count on management. This place needs major renovations and a more caring property manager.

Stonehurst apartment on 122nd my apartment is cold and do you think my manager even cared NO! My child and I were sleeping in the living room for 4 months since the winter has come and her reply was do you have the rent!
