Loch raven village has got to be the worst apt complex i have ever lived in and i used to live in brooklyn ny. Maintenance is non existent. I once requested that someone take a look at the floor in my bathroom because the tile was peeling. After 2 weeks a saw a maintenance guy asked if they got the request to check the bathroom and his response was "...probably but to get something done here you have to ask a few times, give them another call". I am constantly sick from the mold and the laundry rooms are some of the most dangerous places you can be after dark (once got threatened while doing laundry by individauls hanging out in the laundry room). One month got a note 26 days into the month stating i had not paid that months rent when i addressed the issue the next day they said oops our mistake. Bottom line is stay away if you can only rent if it is absolutely necessary.In a nutshell mold, ants, roaches, no maintenance, and attitude when things need to be done.
