I have lived here for about 6 months now and have been fairly happy with my apartment. There are some negetive aspects, like heat... I did have to buy a space heater, but have only had to use it for about a week so far this winter. I do have a problem with mold, but as soon as I call the office, the problem is dealt with within 24 hours. But it is an older development and you can expect to have a few issues, just like any place you move to. All of the office staff are very nice and professional. It can be noisy at times, but the quiet times definitely outweigh the loud. I have a pet and it's nice to have an affordable, safe place that will accomodate us.
