Bad apartment

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
This is the list of problems that i had with the apartment.

Very little heat (Less than 60 degrees on cold winter nights)
Roof leak (took 5 months to fix)
Mold growth and wall collapse from roof leak. (Never fixed in 10 months)
Missing cabinet drawer. (Never fixed in 10 months)
Washer and Dryer are always broke and steel your money


Management works on the Landscaping and the outside of the buildings but they do not do maintenance in your apartment.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
