I live there for 3 yrs. LRV has poor maintenance. The plumbing and electricity is shoddy and probably does not meet the county building codes. Crime - people do drugs on their porch. Someone broke into my apartment and stole all my valuables. LVR laundry accommodations are poor; the laundry rooms are never cleaned. The cheap upgrades the recently made were for aesthetic purposes only. My friend still lives there and the new security locks they just installed are broken. LVR had mice roaches and other creepy crawlies. The only thing good about this place is that it s cheap but I m sure one could find better cheaper places. Thin walls. Poor parking.
