I just moved in last November and I have not had any problems. I see a lot of what everyone is saying and I find it hard to believe because I am happy. Yeah the apartments here are old and not new and not considered luxury...but the price is good. I have not had any problems with rodents or bugs and maintenance has always come over with a quick response when I needed them. I would recommend this community to anyone that is looking to save money for a house or is a student. Or even someone that is looking for a classic place to live without the care of not having a dishwasher or washer or dryer in the apartment (which I wish I had, but will have to live with it for a while). I dont know, I guess everyone has there own different expierence, but all I know is that people tend to write more when they are unhappy then happy. So that is why I decided to write a positive response...working in customer service I just know these things. Bad news travels faster then good news and I just wanted my opinion to be put out there.
