I HAVE BEEN LIVIING HERE FOR 7 YEARS AND THESE APTS ARE THE WORST. WE HAVE A MAJOR MICE PROBLEM AND WHEN WE ADDRESSES THE PROBLEM ITS ALWAYS " WE'LL HAVE THE EXTERMINATOR COME OUT" AND NO ONE SHOWS UP. I HAVE CAUGHTEN 8 MICE IN TWO DAYS WHICH IS NASTY. I HAVE TWO YOUNG CHILDERN ( 1 AND 4) AND FOR THEM TO HAVE TO LIVE IN HERE IS NASTY. I LIKE THE LOCATION OF THE APT CAUSE ITS CLOSE TO WORK BUT I SHOULD GET WHAT I PAY FOR. A LITTLE OVER UNDER A YEAR AGO WE HAD A ROACH PROBLEM WHICH WE NVERE HAD TO DEAL WITH UNTIL PEOPLE WERE MOVING IN AND OUT. I HAVE SEEN MORE THEN A ENOUGH FOLKS MOVE IN AND RIGHT BACK OUT THIS BUILDING IN THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS. THE LAUNDRY ROOM ARE ALWAYS DIRTY AND WHO WANTS TO WASH CLOTHES IN A DIRTY LAUNDRY ROOM WITH WASHERS AND DRYERS THAT DON'T WORK. THEY SHOULD LET US HAVE OUT OWN THAT WAY WE WOULD SAVE TIME AND MONEY ON THAT. II HAVE SEEN THEM DOO SO MUCH MANTAINCE IN THE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS (DUE TO A INSPECTION) THEN I HAVE SEEN THEM DO SINCE I MOVED HERE IN 2003. ITS A DAMN SHAME. NOW ABOUT MOLD, I HAD A BAD PROBLEM WITH MOLD IN MY BATHROOM AND WHEN I WENT OVER TO TELL THEN ABOUT IT THEY TOLD ME TO "OPEN THE WINDOW WHEN I SHOWER" WHICH IS WHAT I ALWAYS DONE SINCE FOREVER. I LITERLITY DID ---- MYSELF. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THESE APTS FOR NOBODY..........

everything that this person has said is 200% true. I experienced everything that she has written about. Mice, mold, disgusting laundry rooms. I've never seen a place where mice just hang out on the front lawns of apt buildings. I moved in 2006 and moved out in 2008. I was even overpaying my rent every month the whole time I was there and they knew it. I didn't become aware of it until I moved out and asked for a print out of my rent payment history. I asked for it because that tried to slap me with a late fee. and I knew that I had never been late with my rent. I still didn't get my money back that I overpaid. This place is a hell hole. The only good thing about it is the location

All of these thoughts and comments above are absolutely correct. I lived there for 2 years...first year ok- second year hell on earth when new management came:( Mice everywhere, ignorant ------- in front office (except for Nicole, who was very nice). I'm bummed that I didn't get a rent escrow court date until after I'd already broken the lease b/c I couldn't take it anymore. Don't move here!!!
