Where do I start... Ok so I was showed this beautiful model apartment and fell in love. Then I was told my apartment wasn't ready until the day I sign my lease. I was so excited until I saw my apartment. OMG it was horrible! The hardwood floors had dark spots all over it and maintenance was supposed to come install carpet (never saw them). My sink was stopped up my first day there, after that my toilet stopped up. The paint peeled off in the bathroom after my second shower there. My bedroom door fell off the hindges when I pushed it shut (called maintenance 5 times and its still broken) I'm actually breaking my lease now because the apartments are outdated. Oh yea they control your heat and there is no air. I spent march freezing because they wouldnt turn on the heat!

Didn't you ask questions prior to signing?? Managment simply cannot read your mind and know what to tell you. Yes, the apartments are old. If you looked around you, you could tell that they were built in the late 50's. The 50's! So, yes older building equals more problems but also cheaper rent. You get what youy pay for. Next time ask questions...

To the person who responded to my review, of course I asked questions, why wouldn't I if I have to pay 875 a month. Management Lies! And there is nothin cheap about those old apartments!
