This could be a nice community. It is handy to downtown (if you drive), and the layout is nice if you don't eat. The kitchen is very small.

Management is the community's downfall. Building security is very poor with no visible interest in improving the situation. The lock on the building door has not worked properly in the year I have lived here. Laundry facilities are a joke; one washer and one dryer for 8 apartments (two buildings). It took a year to have my storage locker prepared for use.

Bookkeeping is sloppy. Make sure you get a receipt for your rent every time. Know how to get a copy of your cancelled rent check.

Move here only as a last resort.
