Extreme Rodent and Cockroach Problem

I lived at this complex for nearly a year, while it is cheap and quiet for the most part, the management is a joke!
I put up with an extreme rodent and cockroach infestation that they refused to take care of. I had exterminators there every week, and it did nothing.
The buildings were in bad need of repair - maintenance was a joke. A mouse died under my refrigerator while I was away one weekend and I couldn't get it out. I asked someone to come take care of this as the smell was unbareable and they said that it wasn't their job. When you catch 12 mice in one week on sticky traps there is something wrong.
There was no building security - the outside door locks were often busted, and no one made any attempt to fix it and when they did it was half assed.
Cleanliness of the grounds was another issue, if you don't mind dirty dipers, air conditioners, car parts, glass and other various findings on the property than the place is for you!
Oh and to top it all off, the water often came out brown. Real healthy!
My suggestion don't rent from here, because it is awful and they don't care! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
