It is better now. The rodents are gone, and maint. shows up when called. They have security (real cops) walking around at all times of night.

not sure in what world this person is living in, but i was here when the new owner took over, he did alot of work that would save himself money in the long run, nothing as been done to improve the quility of life in the apartments or grounds. if better management means that the same old is acceptable well then we have great managment, i say the mice, broken locks, trash, etc. is not a sign of better managment
