Unless you don't mind haviing mice and waterbugs. The complex needs a lot of work.
There are mice, I've killed a good amount while living there-Can't wait to leave. I livd there for a long time like 4 years because it is close to Morgan State University and the price wan't bad but when you find out you are paying rent for you and some mice-not encouraging. They are trying to make it a better place but it's not working. in the Winter, they claim you get free heat-nothing in life in free-well except your life and the moments you share-anyhoo, it was cold in the apartment, the heat was so low I could lay on it if i could just to stay warm. The people who work there don't give a crap-they just want you to give them your money. I remember I dropped off something for management (a letter), and a week later they didn't get it, they searched while I was there to see if they could find it-it was inside of one of the ladies desk and it was opened-tell me that's not irresponsible!
I don't like the neighborhood-it's accross from some abandoned complex-terrible. BUT I must say accessibility isn't bad, close to towson-well 10-15min drive. #3 bus and the Hospital is right there. Pretty on the outside but bad on the inside. Mold forms in the bathroons, One day there was a mouse in my tub-I screamed and got my boyfiend to rid of it. they have these new toilets which is to say water-but you have to flush twice-Maybe there's a special way to flush once but I always have to flush twice. The counter space in the Kitchen is minimun, to take out your trash you have to walk around the building-pain in the butt when you have a lot from cleaning up or something. Rent goes up every year, yet I really don't see a big diff. I still deal with Bull and I live with mice. I'm out!

live in the complex as well, all truth sadly all truth. lease is up in 3 months and ill be out, people i know have asked me to give them a referance to live here, and ive had to say NO, trust you dont want to live there.

You are on point!! There is sooo much that needs to be done about these apartments!! I am tired of living with waterbugs and mice!!! They live here like they pay rent!! I am out too!!!
