Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I have lived here for a year and a half and am moving out. Within this year itself, I have had my car broken into twice. There is a problem with water bugs and mice. There is only one washer and dryer for 12 units. The rent goes up, but you never see any improvements. Maintenance for myself has been okay. The walls in these apartments as so thin that you can hear every single thing that is being said or going on in someone else's apartment. I'm just giving you facts, you have to make the final decision.
