Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
All of the statements made are true. The water is a yellow to rust color, crickets find their way in, mice love to live here, mold on walls, rooms are too small and you better cuddle up in the winter time. I have to stay because the other places I could go would change my 15 minute travel time to work but leaving in the next year.
You may have to wait 2 weeks before anything is fixed and then when they do fix it, it is shabby work. The paint melts off of the walls.

Too much money to waist buy a house!
