Section 8, Troubled Youth (4 kids to a 2 bedroom apt), Ignorant Neighbors.

RIDICULOUS! Twice ceilings fall in. Once in the living room and once in the bathroom. Once was because they let the shower gush hot water for DAYS before responding to our maintenance request which destroyed the ceiling, making it fall and filling the wood with mildew that would always grow back through the paint.

Another time the radiator in the apartment above ours broke when no one was home. It ended up coming through our ceiling, ruining the carpet we had bought and several pieces of furniture. We got one month of free rent. Praise the lord! Sense the sarcasm.

Neighbors were pleasant for first several years. Then after turnover, which was a lot towards the end, seems like the new management just lets anyone move in/out at their will. Domestic violence, cops, parties till 4am. Jack-rabbit sex (luckily lasting only about 4 minutes) every other night at 2am waking you up. People home and loud all hours of the day and night. People pissing in the tunnel walkways; smoking pot in the walkways; little zipper pouch drug baggies all over the grass; used condoms in the grass. Loud music in parking lots for HOURS at a time in the Summer.

Car broken into once during BROAD DAY LIGHT and our Apartment had at least two attempted break-ins, once while we were sleeping with the window open in our bedroom. DON'T DO THAT!

Dirty water was always gushing up from the kitchen sink from who knows where.

Paint cracking and bubbling all over the place. Can hear just about every word your neighbor says and exactly where they are in the apartment above you and exactly what they are doing. Terrible! Glad to be gone! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

I believe every word you have just said, maintenance at lochwood is afoul the walls are so, thin you can hear people having sex in the next apartment, and the smell of urine in the walk way is trouble kids are always out there. You have teens living in apartments with out any supervision hollowing out the window and smoking and drinking.When you call about the area they will not tell you the true because they need to rent apartment, so many people have move out months at a time thumbs down.
