Mannasota Manor is not a good place to live. Maintenance is far and in between. You call they dont come. The Manager has no clue of whats going on in the buildings. It is not a child friendly community. The parking sucks you have to be home at 3pm to get a parking space. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Thanks to the assitant Maintenance man some things get fixed.
