these apartments are not worth the rent. The projects look better. They have a serious mouse and roach problem.

You can contact the health dept you know? and you can also put your rent in escrow until they decide to fix the place up, for you people who have maintnance needs. YOU DONT have to pay your rent, until your apt is satisfactory.( but you do have to put it in an account) to pay after the place is fixed. You can also contact the housing department for Baltimore City Maryland. I have been in alot of these Units, and these people keep their apartments Spotless, they have beautiful furniture, very well decorated, and half the time they have Flooded out apartments. Section 8 people.. CALL them, and report it.. THE OWNER works hard under pressure. She surely hates having the state on her ass, so she fixes it, and gets them off her back!
