THIS PLACE IS SO RIDICULOUS. THE POOR WOULDN'T EVEN WANT TO LIVE HERE. THERE ARE CONSTANT MICE AND ROACHES. EVERY THING IN THE APARTMENT IS RAN DOWN AND MANAGMENT DONT HAVE THE RESPECT TO FIX IT AND WANT TO RAISE THE RENT. WATER LEAKS FROM UPSTAIRS SMELLS AND NOISES COME FROM NEXT DOOR COME INTO YOUR APARTMENTS. DONT RENT FROM HERE. DONT EVEN RECOMMEND YOUR ENEMIES!!!! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I SIGNED MY LEASE ON MAY 3O, 2008. I BROKE MY LEASE YESTERDAY JUNE 23, 2008. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM SUCK.THE BUILDING DOORS DON'T LOCK. THE FRONT DOOR LOOKS AS IF SOMEONE COULD PUSH ON IT AND IT WOULD OPEN UP. MANY NEIGHBORS COMPLAINED ABOUT MOLD.THE LAUNDRY ROOMS HAVE PAD LOCKS SO THERES NO ENTRY. THERES A STINCH WHEN YOU WALK INTO ANY OF THE BUILDING EXCEPT THE RENTAL OFFICE BUILDING OFCOURSE. I DIDNT NOTICE THESE THINGS AT FIRST. WHEN I MOVED IN THE APARTMENT LOOKED VERY NICE. WHEN I PULLED MY FRIDGE AND OVEN OUT I REALIZED THAT NO ONE SWEPT THE 100 MOUSE TERDS BEHIND NEITHER APPLIANCE. THERE WERE HOLES ALL AROUND THE WALL. THE OVEN DOOR LOOKED NORMAL, BUT IF U TOUCHED IT IT WOULD FALL TO ONE SIDE AND HANG ON THE LEFT HENGE. I HAD A TRAIL OF ANTS ALONG THE BORDER OF THE BEDROOM FLOOR. NO COVERING ON THE SOCKET BEHIND THE FRIDGE. MY BATHROOM DOOR DIDNT HAVE A KNOB, INSTEAD THEY LEFT A BOX WITH THE KNOB INSIDE SITTING ON MY TOILET. THERE WERE CHIPPED WOOD AROUND THE BORDERS ALSO, AND THERE WERE A FEW TERMITES DEAD IN MY CANDLES THAT I HAD LITE. OH AND THE WORST EVER, I HAD A HUGE DEAD MOUSE LAYING UNDER MY DRESSES IN THE CLOSET. OH DID I MENTION THAT I NEVER MOVED ANY FURNITURE IN SO WHERE WERE THE RODENTS DWELLING IN?

I agree maple glen Staffing is non professional and tend to get upset because you complaint too much, tracy sold me some blinds for 20.00 dollars and beverly is just the nasty's white person that i ever came in contact with the mold in my house is life threating and the sewage back up in my building is so nasty that u can taste it in your mouth when u walk into the building my child just had a serious hospitalization because of the mold, steve hoffman the owner only cares about rent,my windows have been broken since i lived down the street then i got transfer where they charged for a molded carpet that i had no knowledge that was molded PLEASE GO TO THE SHELTER THAT COMING HERE THE HOMELESS PEOPLE LIVE BETTER THAN WE DO SO RAN TO YOUR NEAREST SHELTER

This new staff that they hired are much better then the last one that they have axciouly do work and the managers are nice and kind and dont get mad when your apartment has problem they fix things quick before it get's worse as the maitnance crew go finally they hired proffesionals not like tracy and butch. And now they axciouly remodel there apartments not like the other management just slap on some paint and there you go cause i just transferd to a fresly new renevaited apartment thank god now finally love my apartment.I know maple glen has bad name because the old management but the one is really making a difference.So good luck to anyone getting an apartment and you should really talk to George or Stabros
