I have been here for two months. The first month that I moved in the hot water boiler was broken for three weeks. There was not hot water in the morning when I had to go to work. When I came home from work the water was luke warm, then it became cold around 9 pm. The "beautiful hard wood floors" in my living room rose in four different places. I had to wait two weeks before someone came to see it. After maintanance got it back down they left the glue on the floor. I have been waiting for two weeks for them to come back. These are not the only problems. Just to let you know when the hot water was not working I called emergency maintanance, and the leasing office at least twice a day. When it rains the entrance to my court gets flooded, no one comes to sweep the water away, and my shoes get muddy if it rains really bad my pants get muddy as well. The leasing office is aware of this problem and has done nothing about it.
