When i first got here i accepted the place, you get what you pay for and at $380 i thought i got a fair bargain. However, after a while i began to notice a leak in my ceiling that got progresively worse. Maintanence was called and never came and would only come ready to bust down my door when the guy downstairs called because the leak in my ceiling was draining down the walls into his apartment! Its still not fixed!!!!
PARKING is TERRIBLE during the school season w/ Morgan Students taking up all the spaces. When it snowed this previous winter it took management way too long to clear spaces.
And sanitation is a crying shame, the dumpsters sit in the middle of the "beautiful country courtyards", often overrun with garbage.
ANYWAY, this place honestly and truly sucks, and i know it is hard to take a complete strangers word for it but if you move into Northwood BEWARE!!!!!

I agree totally, Northwood Apartments is a terrible place to be. No one can LIVE in these apartments, they have MOLD,ROBBERS, NO HEAT, RUDE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE, EVEN THE NEW PROPERTY MANAGER IS RUDE AND DOES NOT CARE! I AM DOING EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO MAKE SURE THEY RUN OUT OF BUSINESS AND GET WHAT THEY DESERVE. THEY TREAT THE TENANTS LIKE ANIMALS, AND NOT MANY TENANTS ARE WILLING TO GO AS FAR AS THEY HAVE TO GO TO REPORT THEM. SO I HOPE THEY GET WHAT THEY DESERVE VERY SOON!I RECENTLY TOLD THE NEW PROPERTY MANAGER THAT SOMEONE FROM THE (MAINTENANCE CREW)HAD COME INTO MY APARTMENT AND STOLE MY BELONGINGS AND ALL HE HAD TO SAY WAS"PEOPLE GET ROBBED ALL THE TIME,WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO" I DO NOT DESERVE THIS I HAVE A 2 YEAR OLD SON AND THIS IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE.
