I do not suggest anyone rent from Northwood Apartments in Baltimore in Maryland if you like to have heat (when it is cold outside) and hot water on a daily basis. Northwood does not see reason for its tenants to have either, which I thought would be a necessity not a luxury. If you have children, Northwood is considered a DANGER ZONE. Imagine having small ones and no heat or or hot water to bathe them at night. Trash pick-up is not a priority for Northwood. We share our space with the wild (raccoons). They charish our trash at sundown on a daily basis. The leasing office refers you to emergency maintenance which either doesn't answer the phone, or has no answers or means of catering to your problem. In other words you are out of luck. The rodents are uncontrollable and the mold is taking over. The health department knows who you are before you even disclose what apartment complex you live in, yet they still fail to take action. What do we do' Continue to complain, go to the media, and spread the word so others don't get trapped in a year of misery.
