I've lived in Northwood Apartments for over 2 years. I've experienced leaks galore, mold, no heat in one of the bedrooms, warped floor boards, and the worse was no heat in the apartment for 2 months straight, in the coldest months. Though there is new management, nothing has changed. They have only 2 maintenance people to cover over 300 apartments, and most renovations have been left unfinished.
They've begun renting apartments to college students, so the majority of the complex has become a college dormitory.
Do yourself a favor. Spend your money elsewhere.
