You do not want to live here. If there are any positive comments they are probably written by management. They are scum. The took me to court over $75 which i was told that i did not owe by them and put bad information on my rental history and credit. At the end of my lease when I moved out I was unable to get another place under my name because of the rental dispute. My heat also has not worked in 4 months and when it did it was on full blast all the time. It would reach temperatures of 90 with all the windows open in the dead of winter. I reported the problem at least 5 times. The maintenace entered my apartment without my consent on one occasion and I happened to be sleeping in the bedroom still, they lost one of my rent checks (which is where the $75 late fee came from) charged me late fees, dropped the late fees and then tried to sue me 2 months later. Case was dropped, rental history is ruined. If you feel like ending up pratically homeless with screwed up credit and 6 months of legal battles ahed to ocver your loses this is the place for you! This complex is now knows as providence court apartments. I think they changed the name to escape their rep but they re one and the same if not worse.
