This is a top-notch place to live in downtown Baltimore. The staff is incredible and they see to it that every tenant is happy. They even leave little festive notes and tokens for holidays. For example, Halloween brought little pumpkins at our doorsteps and on Valentine's Day we had carnations attached to our doors. I've never heard of another apartment management company doing anything like that. The rent is not bad at all for the area, especially for the size, uniqueness and quality of the apartment you are getting.
