Was that last post mean-spirited' I have a seriously hard time seeing management do that here. Katie & Tom & everybody is just fantastic here. I?ve been here since last June, and everything previous posters have written I find to be true, whether written by the manager or not. It *is* expensive, because it?s near the university and it?s downtown, but I wouldn?t consider going across the street (to the Inner Harbor Loft) for a minute, because their apartments just aren?t as nice (I have friends who live there) and their management seems flaky (from the one time I went in to request info about their apartments). I lived in Redwood Towers for 2 years and came here, and am very happy here. I feel safe here, and it?s quieter than Redwood Towers b/c the insulation is better (thicker walls & windows). The tenants on my floor are all a great, very friendly group. One thing: I think the (apt) carpets could use some serious cleaning ;)
