I've lived here throughout attending law school and it's really convenient to all the UMB schools. The staff is great and although there have been problems with elevators, etc., they always try to keep the residents informed and make it up to us. I would high recommened living here.
The noise level is okay--there are sirens sometimes because the apartment is situated near a fire station as well as up the road from the hospital.
The parking situation is great if you get to park in the garage across the street (usually a waiting list). The parking lot is okay, but there have been break-ins in the past. Be smart and don't leave anything out in your car.
The building is also near the light rail and attractions such as Camden Yards (beware of gridlock on game days), Inner Harbor, Hippodrome Theater, and Baltimore Arena.
