I lived in Marlboro for several years. I had a nice apartment overlooking the courtyard. Noise was only an occasional problem. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. I do think one of the maintenance guys was a little creepy. But that is just my opinion.

Parking is not included, and if you park in the Marriott it is expensive.

Twice in about 6 years there were bums in front of the building sleeping. But it is downtown Baltimore. And there is a strip club on the corner, which is a pretty sleazy place.

Nonetheless, it is a good place to live. Staff are generally responsive, and it is expensive, though reasonably price. I would give it a grade of a B .
