Yuck

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I lived in the Redwood Square building in 2006 and had a terrible experience. The walls between the units are paper thin. I could actually hear my next door neighbor opening a soda can at times. I slept with earplugs and noise cancelling headphones on. Good times. Basically, the only reason that I was able to handle the apartment was the fact that I travel constantly for work and only spent about 3 nights a month in the building. Parking was a nightmare and I spent multiple nights in hotels when I arrived home from a long trip to find no parking. The management staff was nice when I dealt with them, however, they were extremely rigid when I looked into early lease termination and took action against me when they lost my rent check. I have lived in 6 major cities in the US and in multiple buildings and this one was by far the worst. I would not recommend this building.
