Criminals live here and management protects them
This apartment building and its management allows rent to be charged with stolen credit card information. I tried to work with them to obtain the criminal’s information and realized they were protecting them. They enabled the fraudulent credit card charges, refused to cooperate with my… See More >9/8/2023

Can have better appliances at the kitchen and a centralized AC. During summer the wall mount AC is not enough and the rooms are hot for a long time. The nieghbhourhoods are safe. Gym maitenance is not adequate

The building used to be a well-maintained apartment house. Through the years, the actual services offered to tenants have been greatly reduced or have been completely discontinued. There is little concern for security.

This place has been absolutely horrible. I have had numerous problems and issues from day one. This place is a complete junk hole and I would not recommend anyone live here. You should definitely do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Solid, friendly service, helpful service. Not very clean though. Wish areas would be cleaner and smell better throughout the building. It smells like damp mold on every floor I've been on so far. Otherwise, fine

This apt is really good and cheap. Everyone on their team is helpful. However I think the parking garage needs work. Make it more spacious and clearly have sign for entering and existing the garage. Also, less water shut off

Rats and Weed Smokers and all night ambulances screaming from the hospital next door. The place is barely above habitably standards. If a homeless man took a crap in the elevator it would class the place up. Not worth the rent.

Very good customer service at time of move-in. Personalized and very attentive. Haven't had much need to contact management in the month since then, but for the one thing I did ask about, they had an immediate fix.

For the price and the proximity to Johns Hopkins University, the conditions are about what you would expect. There are issues with plumbing and the paint jobs are old, but things could be much, much worse.

The Marylander is a good apartment with helpful staff. You have access to all kind of restaurants on Saint Paul Street and Johns Hopkins is in walking distance. School shuttle bus is also in walking distance. A good apartment overall.
