It was cheap and spacious. Customer service was sometimes lacking- I approached a maintenance guy about a problem and he completely ignored me. I had no mouse/bug problems on the third floor. The walls were thin and I could often hear my neighbors' phones. Right next to a hospital- frequent sirens.
