Winter electric bills may skyrocket to nearly 200 a month. thanks to the poor insulation and inefficient heating/ac units and NO Central Heating. Frequent shortage of hot water and sudden power outages on some floors (may be due to old electric wirings)in winters was a real pain. The recent renovations might have been a good strategy to make the front office appealing to look at and attract prospective residents. Staircases are poorly lit. Experience with staff was mixed, some acceptable, and others could leave you with a feeling that they don't care a damn about the comfort of residents. It is spacious however. Be cautious !!
