First of all you shouldn't listen to EVERYTHING that people say about a place. I am a current resident and have lived here for a Year now. I am moving but ONLY because i can't afford it anymore (Moved in on a special) and im moving closer to DC. The area is built up now around John Hopkins U. and there is lots to do around the area. My apartment NEVER had MICE or BUGS of ANY sort so whoever had a problem either they didnt complain or they are DIRTY and thats why they had bug and mice problems. I live on the 8th floor and i dont get much noise (except for the sirenes from the hospital next door and traffic) but hey, thats city life. The only thing i can say negative is that you can smell people's cooking in the hall and that they need to get their coin machine fixed in the laundry room, but that's petty. Management is professional; be nice to them they'll be nice to you. i have never had a problem talking to them.Overall, Check it out for yourself. people need to stop exaggerating and tell it like it is.
