Several things

(1) Customer Service is SLOW, apathetic but friendly - you'll have to tell management 3x before something gets done. Even if you want to pay something.
(2) Gauge on parking - $125/mo. with broken doors
(3) Hallways smell bad. There is no ventilation for cooking so it seeps out into the hallways
(4) Location is very nice esp. if you have classes on Homewood. Shuttle stop is 2min walk.

Not the best place. Try Hopkins House - same price but much nicer.
