Very Bad Apartment

This is a horrible place. The management staff is extremely impolite, irresponsible, and mean. They are only nice to you before you move-in. The hot water is ofter down or not normal. There is bugs and cockroach sometimes. The area outside the trash room is always dirty. And there is usually no heat in winter except for the last year.
