The management and office staff are rude at best. The basement and the laundry room is always filthy with cockroaches running all around the washing machines. Hot water is barely lukewarm at times, especially in the winter. Mail and package handling are ok. My apartment looks fine but I once had a mouse and found some dead roaches since I've been living here.
