The location is convenient but very noisy because it's just nearby the hospital. In the winter the building is cold. In the bad days, hot water is not available. The rent and parking price is increasing every year. The worst thing is the management officer. In the management office, there are the rudest people you can imagine in the planet. Of course, they were sincerely nice before you sign the lease. They talked -------- and lied to you without any sense of guilty. All they want is money.
