Big and lots of windows is there only attribute. Other than that, this place sucks!! I can hear everything that my neighbors do and say. At night, I can hear the man next door snoring. I wake up at times thinking that he has crawled into bed with me. That's how serious this is. The windows are the original 1800 windows. They do not close properly. That leaves room for the nice -2 degree breeze to blow in and cool you down. You cannot regulate the heat, therefore you freeze.
The laundry room is a mess. I have been living there for a few months now and they have cleaned the laundry room twice. At least I think it's been twice. To make matters worst, only on machine works, and it doesn't work that well.
This place gets and 'A' for worst than low income living.
On several occasions I meet or saw police outside. One time they were looking for some guys who were robbing residents as they came home.
You can hear the water running trough the building. As long as some one turns on the pipe you hear the water. The pipes make noise if not opened to max.
They occasionally turn off the water. They have not given a reason for that. But one minute you are showering and the next you are being blinded by the soap in your eye.
Too much more to tell: roaches, rats, poor garbage collection, and on and on
