I lived there for 14 years and the first 10 years the place was ok. Despite the poor under qualified maintenance workers. Only Christian and pops actually worked. Some of the other maintenance workers sold drugs and had criminal records. As for the parking I don't know were you found parking people were always parking on the street because parking was scarce or in fear of the tow truck drivers who circled the complex in search of cars to tow (you would not get towed if you paid the driver $100.00) I have video foot age of the tow truck drivers repositioning the cars on various occasions before taking pictures and towing tenants, maintenance vehicles. Housing Inspectors were always frequenting the complex giving citations from issues like lead and asbestos. Also there was the crime problems everything from rape, auto theft and drug dealing some of the dealing was done by the seedy maintenance men Like (George.) Tenants have also sued the complex for ceilings falling in on them. The apartments have mold and termite problems all of which can be verified. The only reason anyone would get evicted was for not paying rent. We stayed there so long because we were young, starting out and wanted cheap rent to save money and buy a nice car and a home (both of which we did). Then we gave notice and moved into our home. Also this bad review is being posted by a health care professional who was not evicted and was always spending their own money on repairs. The only true word spoken is the convenience of the complex to the beltway, shopping and my job. So if you want cheep rent and love living in the ghetto but still being considered county then this place is for you.
