Many elderly people have had to move because of ever increasing rent. Undisciplined neighbors have people going in and out. For the most part, maintenance is the worst and so is the plumbing (over 50 years old). Consider moving some place that does not have walls so thin that you can hear your neighbors sneezing or day and night arguments. Even with police department across the street, there have been robberies of some of the townhouses. There is not enough space (closet space is a joke), or a basement. Bathroom's tiny; closet doors flimsy; Even if there was one, good luck in getting help when it floods. Management is stricter than ever before about upkeep of property and has surprise visits in order to inspect. May restrict right to have washer; no space for dryer. Floors are uneven; carpet cheap and easily soiled; window ledges rotten; kitchen fan old and up to the task; and ovens are the cheapest they could find.

The neighborhood is a quiet one for the most part, but the Potee Street side has cars, trucks, etc., going down it day and night. The only peace is when they close down Hanover Street Bridge for repairs and major holidays.

Take it from someone who has lived there for about 40 years; find somewhere else to live.
