The apartment itself is nice, plenty spacious. I have a few complaints. You can hear everything that people say/do outside your door. Some of the other neighbors are very nice, others are crackhead mooches that try to bum everything from you. I've been here a month, and know of two attempted brake ins within this court. Mainantence is a joke. I handed in a list of things I wanted fixed three weeks ago, not one person has showed up to fix it. Came home one day to find my lease (from the office) in my livingroom. So aparently they come in whenever they feel like it. They say that they have attempted to fix things in your apartment when they haven't. The property manager isn't friendly AT ALL. There is constantly trash all over the place. THey clean it up OCCASIONALLY. You see cops all over, which is a good thing but also makes me wonder WHY. Close to all kinds of shopping/grociery stores. The police station is just down the road. If you do move in here, get a head start on the post office. Took them almost two weeks to have a key made for me. Have the leasing manager walk through the apartment with you, making lists of things that are wrong. We chose not to do this and now I don't know if they will ever be fixed. They claim that you need a job to live here, but I have yet to meet someone who acually works for a living. They also claim to have bread restrictions on dogs but I see pitbulls and rots all over. They advertise laundry facilities but they are only open during business hours, so if you get out of work and want to do laundry, tough luck. I am looking forward to moving out of here and we've only been here a month.
