I give a standing O to the first two tenants THAT SPOKE THE TRUTH....We've been living here for almost 2years now.The only reason we did a second year is because we really didnt have time to look for another apartment AND PLUS THE RENT WAS GOOD.The first year here was HORRIBLE.The next door neighbors was LOUD AS CAN BE. we could hear EVERY WORD they said plus WHEN THEY ARGUED EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. There would be trash in front of our dooR every other day. The bottom of the door had a crack in it where mice would sometimes slide under, so we had a MICE living with us for about 2weeks.Mainantence should be fired because only one of them really do work while the other one , all i see him do is push a trash can up and down the street faking like he picking up trash and on top of that.....ONE DAY I COME HOME FROM WORK TO FIND MY DAMN LEASE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY LIVINGROOM FLOOR BUT THATS NOT ALL TO FIND OUT MY BOYFRIEND WATCH WAS STOLEN TOTHE SAME DAY. REASON NUMBER ONE TO NOT RENEW 2009 LEASE !!! THE staff is aight the manager needs so be fired too. DONT DO NOTHING WHEN U COMPLAIN ABOUT THE TRASH AND NEIGHBORS.REASON NUMBER TWO, TO NOT RENT HERE AGAIN. TO END THIS, I WOULD'NT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO RENT HERE UNLESS THEY REALLY NEEDED,REALLY, REALLY NEEDED A PLACE TO LIVE..

I agree with your review, but it would sound much more professional if you left out the "ghetto speak" and sporadic capitalization.
