The title says it all. I have lived here for a month an a half and I am ready to get out. I do my bes to keep my place clean, so at the moment I do not have a problem with mice or bugs. I do have a problem with noisy neighbors, and for a while I had to deal with strangers sitting on my door step. Sometimes when I opened the door I could smell weed smoke. I have also noticed a few Bloods in the neighborhood, but they don't bother anyone. My car was towed from the court because I parked on the center line between to spaces. I parked that way becase people usually scratch and dent my car when I park properly, they rarely do. The rental office did not post or mention in my lease I need to be parked a certain way or my car would get towed. The rental office did not want to bother making a call to help me avoid the $290 fee from the towing company. The office staff were polite and helpful prior to signing my lease. Now it is evident they don't give a damn. I was told I need a job as one of the requirements to move in, but counting myself I only notice 3 or 4 other people who seem to work. Some of the same people I see sitting outside when I leave out at 7 am, are the same people I see when I come home at 6 pm. As of now the bulk of my problems stem from dealing with management. I would only recommend this place if you are desparate and a few days away from being homeless.

You are ridicules. First of all, don't say it "sucks" when you have people hanging around your apt smelling smoke...crime is high in the baltimore area ...period. If you want to get away from it...move to the country. Second of all...be a man! You park your car cockeyed(purposely!!!) and expect managament to baby you through it all. You're grown. Don't ben an idiot and take up more tha one spot. I'm almost sure that you are one of those arrogant people that take up 2 or 3 spots in a shopping center b'c your "ride" is so much better than eveyones. Play with fire...you get burned..get it???

Okay, you chose to live in Baltimore City, Cherry freaking Hill, no less, and you're complaining about weed smoke and gang members? What did you expect, a luxury condo in a gated community? Maybe you should spend less money on the car you're so worried about and spend more on your housing situation. A car is a vehicle, not a status symbol, who cares if it gets scratched? Well, I know who cares, but I'm too polite to say it.
