Oh goodness, im just moving in and you all are scaring me. I dont like mice and all that. Im a litle scared noy maybe I will write another review after i've been here for a while. Pray for me that the mice dont get me, lol.

i just moved in i luv it the price the house an neighborhood{the quiet part no section 8 lol...if u mad your business u will n't have no problems..it is not were u live is how u live ...amen//

I do and its very quiet actually, not a lot of activity. Sometimes I wonder if im the only tenant, its so quiet. But however umm... there are definitly mice. I have killed 3 so far but management has been very nice. I have contacted them on a couple of issues and they are very responsive and move immediately once notified. Thank God I have a child thats not afraid of mice so he helps me take the sticky traps out once they get caught. But I absolutely love it here, the price is crazy great. But I hear the test is in the summer to see what type of neihborhood it really is.
