We lived in the Carroll Island appartments owend by the same company. We wanted to move in a day early and we were told that the carpets had not been cleaned yet. The carpets were finally cleaned a few hours before we moved in, we had to move our stuff in with a damp carpet that eventually started to stink. I have asthma and our air conditioner went out on a code red day (and friday evening) the refused to come fix it till Monday since I did not have have a dr's note on file (I was never asked about health conditions) and the answering service REFUSED to even connecte me. I was told by another resident when I initally went to look at the apartment not to waste my time, and I should have listened...Office staff is very rude and the corporate office excused the behavior when I called since the manager has health conditions.
