these are probably the cheapest apartments you can find in baltimore with washer and dryer but you get what you pay for. the office staff is the worst, as long as you dont need to interact with them you will be okay. the apartments are in dire need of updating. i've lived in a townhouse and now in an apartment. both places needed serious repair that i could not seem to get the maintenance man to fully fix. my ceiling leaked in my townhome and rather than fix the leak they patched the cieling. like i said, for the most part i like where i live but you need to know what you're getting into first. no rodents or vermin in my apartment, no loud neighbors. BUT this place is NOT for everyone. if you are used to great management keep looking.
