I use to live in their townhomes.Management is the worst and so is maintanence.I paid my rent on time every month. November of 2005 my neighbor furnance caught on fire. the fire dept came out but it took maintanence one hour and half to respond.In February of 2006 I woke up smelling gas so I woke my two daughter up to go with me to take their father to work before I left I called the emergency number to have maintanence come out and check it out it took me 25 minute to take my husband to work. When I returned home the gas was stronger so I woke my neighbor up to get them out the house while I waiting for the fire dept. I had a gas leak from my stove. It took them a month to get me a stove when it was stated that I would have a stove in two days I call every other day about the stove I got my stove when I didn't pay the rent for march and they got court papers. The mice think they own the place they would get in my bed my neighbor and I would catch about 10 mice a week no kidding when you report it to the renter office the lazy manager would say I would put you on the waiting list which would take about a month for them to come out. ADVISE GO FAR AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENT/TOWNHOMES IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

it seems like it take them 1 month to do anything..they try to fix things a few days before rent is due..
