Do not be fooled by the model. This apartment is the worst place ever. They don't provide clean carpet when you move in and it's not even flat (lumps and bumps underneath). They don't provide any window accessories so be prepared to shop for them and it won't be easy because the window sizes are irregular. The rodent problem is just ridiculous! We get a letter every week (not exaggerating) saying that maintenance is coming out to spray the apartments and it seems to get worst. I've been living hrer for about 8 months now and I've caught 8 mice so far.
The floors are paper thin so you hear every single thing coming from neighbors across the hall and above you.
The outside doors are supposed to stay locked but people wedge things in the door so that it won't shut so that they and friends can get back in.
Also check out the child sex offender registry website because there are a few living in these very apartments (especially if you have kids). There's one in my building.
To sum it all up, this place sucks! Do move here if you want to be some where half-way decent.
